You can see and track all past and new content under the pre-made content menu in the admin panel. A notification is also published in the Management Panel when new content is uploaded.
You initially transfer the content to your own panel as a draft. After making the necessary edits, you can select who you want to send it to and publish it. Users can only see it at that time.
